Mobile Terms

These Mobile Terms govern the SMS and messaging program operated by Viking Appliance Repair Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

We send scheduling confirmations, technician-on-the-way alerts, parts-arrival updates, service reminders, and, occasionally, customer-care messages. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

Consent

You provide express written consent to receive autodialed text messages when you check the consent box during scheduling or reply YES to an opt-in prompt. Consent is not required as a condition of service; you may still book by phone or email.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. Viking Appliance Repair Co. does not charge for messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent, other than messages legally required for an active service visit. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and most regional providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through the messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
